If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — we handle returns and exchanges with care and flexibility.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase on eligible items.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with a receipt.

• All sale items and gourmet food products are final sale.

• Gift returns must include a gift receipt and are eligible for exchange or store credit of equal value.

• Online purchases are final sale, unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

• All other return or exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value.
Store credit can be used in-store toward any future purchase.
